Destination Israel will connect you with a mentor. They will guide you through the process in order to help you secure a job in Israel. You must commit to working a full-time and have minimum of 2 years of working experience.

This program creates a job opportunity for college graduates and young professionals to contribute to the Israeli economy and gain hands on skills. Prices below reflect our Gimmel housing package.
This program includes, 2-3 day trips, 2-3 over night trips around Israel, Hebrew Ulpan, health insurance, local Tel Aviv transportation and 24/7 support.
Our main office is located in Tel Aviv, allowing participants to have a full range of program support while on the program.
All Apartments are fully furnished, including WiFi, washing machine, A/C and all utility fees.
The Fast Track Pro Masa program starts in August, October, and January. All three start dates are eligible to receive between $1,600 - $8,000 in Masa Funding.
Our trips that our staff will organize will enable you to see other parts of Israel, see how people live in areas outside of Tel Aviv, and give you the chance to spend time with your fellow participants. We typically take you on trips to the Northern and southern parts of Israel, to Jerusalem, Haifa, the Dead Sea and other beautiful, fun places.
